Cancellation Reservation Rules

• 100% of the full price will be return if you cancel your reservation 2 day before the check-in date. Necessary fees will be deduct.
• 50% of the full price will be return if you cancel your reservation 1 day before the check-in date. Necessary fees will be deduct.
• We will not return any price to you if you make a cancellation on the day you check-in.

Hotel Rules

• Check-in time: 15:00 ~ 21:30, room can be reserve until 22:00. Check out time is 11am on the next day. There's the possibility to check-in earlier if there's an empty room.
• After 22:00, there will be no receptionist in the lobby counter, please use the room card to get in and out from the hotel.
• Please show your ID or passport when you check-in to the hotel. Payment is made during the check-in.
• Please check in according to the number of guests you recorded during the reservation. The hotel owner have the right to refuse the stays and confiscate the deposit if the guests number exceeded.
• Please respect the other travellers in the hotel. Do not shout and make noises before 7am and after 11pm.
• Please take good care of the hotel facilities, once you broke the goods, you will be charged for the goods price.
• Please switch off all the electricity and make sure you locked the room when you're leaving the room.
• The phones in the hotel only can be call out to the other rooms in the hotel.
• All room type do not provide extra beds adding service, we provide baby beds (limited and need to be reserve earlier).
• Dormitory rooms don't provide bathing tools.
• We don't provide the parking lot.
